What is the return policy?

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

We strongly recommend checking sizing information carefully before placing your order.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do you accept returns from EU customers?

Some EU consumer rights may apply depending on your location.

However, many of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase, which may exempt them from standard cancellation rights for personalised or custom-made goods.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order once your original return (if eligible) has been resolved.

How are refunds processed?

European Union orders

International orders

This means your order may be produced and shipped from the nearest available production facility where possible.
