Returns & Exchanges

As our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Customs charges or import fees
Delays caused by postal services or customs processing

Please check sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days if:

Your item is damaged
Your item is faulty
You received the wrong item
There is a printing error or manufacturing defect

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply under local law.

However, many Albannach Co. products are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Under EU consumer protection rules, made-to-order or personalised goods may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

International Orders
