European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply under local law.
However, many Albannach Co. products are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Under EU consumer protection rules, made-to-order or personalised goods may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
